I was working with another loan company and they were awful. I was selling a house at the same time and my buyer was working with Leslie. She was fantastic. I switched companies to Cardinal and worked with Leslie too. This was a great decision. Even if it was Sunday at 8pm she responded to any of my questions and handled everything promptly and professionally. Could not recommend more highly.

First off, I never leave reviews for anything, good or bad. However I am so beyond unsatisfied that I feel compelled to this time. If I could give these people 0 stars I would. Working with them for the past year and a half has been an absolute nightmare and I wouldn't even recommend cardinal to my worst enemy. If I have a problem it is impossible to reach anyone, I always have to leave a message and hope to god that someone will return my call. Then when I am actually able to speak to someone they are NO help at all. Not even to mention the fact they bumped up my mortgage payment without any notice at all. No one knows what the hell they are doing over there and it is laughable they consider themselves a "business." I will absolutely be refinancing elsewhere. Never do business with these people, you will regret it.
