Wendy, Nancy and all other staff members of W&V were incredible. My wife and I are self employed which sometimes can be challenging. Wendy and her team did an exceptional job! They went out of their way to find us a better deal. Being self employed, it isn't easy to find a lender who takes you seriously. Not only was Wendy communicative, she helped us get a better kind of mortgage than the one we had applied for. Her team is responsive and they kept us in the loop of where they were in the process. Wow, I am shocked that these were not all 5 star reviews! Our interaction and experience with this firm was first rate! We bought a vacation home in Sandpoint and needed a lot of information and explanation throughout the process. Wendy Anderson was incredible as were her supporting staff. I highly, highly recommend this firm for your lending needs. Oh, might I add that our money owed at closing came in 15k lower than expected! What a gift at the end of the process!
