  For starters, would like to point out jane's ecstatic, pleasing and professional mindset. She is quick to answer any questions and is a highly motivated and positive person. makes the home buying process less stressful when you are dealing with a positive group of people. we enjoyed the process from start to finish . her team crystal and Kristine are highly knowledgeable and very efficient answering emails, phone calls etc. I must point out they are a great team and didn't hesitate to help us with options a great advice! highly recommend these ladies and Wallick & Volk.

  I have not a good experience with Wallick & Volk CS. I have to cancel my closing few days before, because I got a better APR and better conditions from other lender in only 3 weeks (1 day pre-approved and closing the 3rd week). While with W&V CS, I think, I waste my time during 3 long months submitting a lot and detailed info/documents requested several times and in several updates (requesting explaining of credits and debits in some of my bank accounts, ???....). My recommendation for W&V CS, is try to simplify their process for loan/closing approval like other big lenders such as CHASE, WF, BoA, etc. I got in easy and quick steps my closing approved with one of these lenders getting better APR and in less time than Wallick & Volk, CS; this was the reason of my cancellation of my closing with them (frustrating experience).

  As the oldest privately held mortgage company in the United States we take our reputation very seriously. We researched your closing on the public record database and learned that after we cancelled your loan application (because you were unable to meet our loan requirements) you ended up purchasing your home with cash. Therefore, your review seems very off base. We are sorry if your experience was less than our normal 5-star service.

  Jane and her staff were very helpful to me. As a first-time homebuyer, there were plenty of questions which Jane and/or her staff answered promptly and with as much detail as possible. The financing rates were competitive considering the low interest rates being offered during the time of the sale. They guided me through the closing process with disclosures that gave me insight into what would be expected. I would recommend Wallick & Volk to any home buyer for mortgage services.
