  this guy is not on the up and up i had my home destroyed under his watch, he was suppoused be ny 203k consultant and advise me on contators and thier work, but becuase of his lack of due diligance i was fleeced by FOXWORX INC for several thousand dollars........say away find a diffrent consult !!!!!!

  Mr. Bellinger the contractor on your project was your choice, and in place when I entered the picture. You okay-ed the proposal to start the project, you signed the contract, and you stopped him before he could finish, even though he was willing and ready to make any changes you wanted to make. Also, you approved and signed off on every draw request that was made, there-by saying you approved of the work completed. If you didn't get what you wanted just maybe you bare some of the responsibility. By the way I work preliminary for the lender. I sincerely apologize for any issues or misunderstandings you may have and hope you are able to complete this rehab and enjoy your new home.

  Walter and his team were very timely, helpful and professional in their inspection. I especially enjoyed receiving a print out of my report to review their findings for use in my negotiations of purchasing my home. I would highly suggest a home inspection in general and would undoubtedly recommend this company.
