      I purchased a watch from this seller via Chrono 24 as an escrow broker. Watch I received was malfunctioning from the moment I put it on, which was truly a shame as the watch was in immaculate condition. I reached out to the seller and said the watch is malfunctioning and he placated me by saying that his technical resource would reach out to me quickly to get a resolution. After that I saw a direct message on C24 that the watch was more than likely damage by x-ray scanner. Having felt patronized by this seller I calmly took a beat and reached out to a local high-end pawnbroker, Breitling corporate, and a GM of a luxury watch dealer. All of them said the damage the seller stated was near impossible and all of them said they had never seen nor heard of damage like that. I am aware that it is possible if you are exposed to electromagnetic interference for a prolonged I opted to return the watch within the 14 day. And unfortunately did not take pictures even though I was given assurances that the return would be no issue. This is what I get for trusting someone before they had earned any degree of respect from me. The seller received the watch requested mediation and told me the repairs will be $1500 because when he received it it was broken and damaged even though I was never allowed to see the pictures of said damage. So I’m stuck with $1000 bill after returning Watch and Chrono 24 renegotiating the repair cost. Chrono 24 still will not post the review which leads me to believe that there could some form of collusion, and this is purely speculative as I can only base my analysis on my viewpoint as the seller “want your watch “and C24 have not shared all damage photos with me
