      They are total trash and can't accept negative feedback when they lie to you about a product. Like on their eBay account, leave a negative feedback when they are clearly in the wrong and they will say you are doing "feedback extortion" and get YOU in trouble while they walk away with your money and laughing at you. Do NOT do business with these people!

      BEWARE. Awful. Bought an eBay item and they didn't even bother to put packing material in the box, just threw the item in an empty box and sent it.., which destroyed it. Only response was "that's what insurance is for, it's your responsibility as a buyer to make a claim." Carrier refused the claim since no packing material was used. Refused any kind of service whatsoever until eBay got involved and forced them. Then, reported my negative feedback as "feedback extortion." Incredibly rude and unprofessional (just look at some of their responses to these reviews!)

      This buyer paid $12 for an item and wanted us to refund $20? We offered a full refund once the item was received but they wanted to keep it? Ebay decided it was extortion
