Mike, I have no clue what you could possibly be talking about with your negative review. I am 54 years old and my wife the same and neither of us have ever had an experience like we have every time we go into the branch or call someone for help. We moved our business and personal accounts 4 months ago and could not be happier. Everyone in the Moscow branch we have dealt with has been above and beyond, every time! We love our bank and that is a first for us. We also visited the Lewiston Branch not long ago and it was the same energy there. We encourage more people to look into WTB!!! Thanks so much to all of you working there. Especially in the world we live in today it is so wonderful to see people who want to do their job well...

Unprofessional ,n not for the people..always messing up on the acct.Josh acts like he is helping u but two-face big time .. manager is wacked ,she didn't want to give her name like she was hiding the issues we had,she was very rude some blonde fem younger that acted stupid , now I get why alot are leaving this branch n going to Idaho credit union for better service..and they don't play kids games at Idaho credit union and u get free 200 buck to join them
