  I love my bank. I have great working relations with the loan department. I have always found the people working, willing and able to assist me with anything regarding my banking needs. Dog treats for my dog when I come through the drive through, lol, for my dog! Extremely detailed care with my ever changing needs. Not just at this branch, but any of the branches. I feel equally at home at them all.

  They charge you 30$ fees every chance they get so be careful also they let things go weather you have over draft protection or not stuff will still go through even if you dont have the money in the bank I've asked them repeatedly not to let it happen and thus far they let it happen the not only do they let it happen the charge me 30$ for it after I asked them not to let it happen! It's very frustrating and makes me sad because other than that they are a pretty good bank that I can see they dont charge for money orders they know me by name and they welcome me with a smile so I dont know if the good outcome ways the bad . I'm seriously thinking about changing bank due to this because it happens every month and I'm on a fixed income but we will see anyway thanks for reading this forgive the grammar. GOD BLESS JESUS LOVES YOU! AMEN!!!

  I made a call to this bank to ask about an auto loan for a vehicle with a salvaged title. I was given a card from the seller, who told me they are eager for business so give them a call. After my own credit union told me they could not loan for 100% of the vehicle, I gave Hector a call at WTB. Hector was very professional, and asked me all the questions needed to give me an answer. I asked specifically about financing 100% of the vehicle since my own credit union did not. He was happy to say that he could and to let him know if we wanted to proceed. We called back and spoke to someone else and told them about our earlier phone call and filled out the paperwork. We were approved, but on the day we were to meet the seller, Hector called and told me they could not finance 100% of the vehicle. He did little to nothing to help me at this point and I wanted to let you all know that they do bad business. They will tell you want you want to get you in the door, but will change when it comes down to signing. BE CAREFUL OF THIS BANK. THEY ARE NOT HONEST!
