      I gave a 4 star because I was off 4 point to get a credit card with them and they wouldn't give me one over 4 point it's crazy but other then that Taylor did a good job with every thing now we will see if the bank is a good one.

      I've banked at Sears Credit Union, Wells Fargo, Spokane Teachers Credit Union and now Washington Trust North Division branch and I've got to say there customer service outshines them all.🙂

      I had a very unique situation that no bank in town was willing to help me with. I was well beyond feeling helpless and discouraged. That is until I arrived at the Washington Trust Bank on north Division. Finally! I found some real human beings! You won’t find any boring robots with fake smiles at this location. They listened to my story and helped me when they didn’t have to. I don’t even have an account here! Patty and Stephanie are salt-of-earth people who went beyond the call of duty to help a stranger. In doing so they have gained a loyal customer for life. As soon as It’s permitted I’m opening opening an account here. And so are all my friends and family lol. I know I can trust these amazing people with my money. Thanks again Patty and Stephanie! You’re the best!
