Just a little frustrated cause when I go to check my account it won't let me. Then I went out last Saturday and my card was declined and my husband had come to the place and pay.

I didn't enjoy banking here from the beginning. I took the time to go in and close my accounts and believed everything to be resolved. Then I started getting alerts from the online banking. I believed everything to be closed so was surprised there was still access to the closed account. Teller did not warn me of this. I emailed them to close it. They want me to jump through hoops to call a number, etc. Why should I have to close the account twice? For many reasons, including, unrequested solicitations from them, and stupid security, I do not recommend banking with this institution.
