  Bought a 2012 Buick Regal from them in April. Test drove it and everything. This is the perfect car for me since I downgraded from an SUV. I felt that the salesman wasn’t honest about a few issues such as the oil being changed. I think they put on a fake sticker to show that the oil was changed a few days before I bought the car. The car started shaking and rattling when it’s idle at stop signs or lights. The service light and engine light would come on and I would have to shut off the car and turn it back on for it to go away. I took the car up there to the service station and they told me I had to buy a brand new engine which is $7500, the same exact price as the car. I had my mechanic check and come to find out the oil needed to be changed asap. They sold me a car with bad oil in it and almost ripped me off $7500. I’m glad I trusted my instinct because I would’ve been out of a car again. Always check those small things before buying because salespersons love taking advantage of us young people. I was able to get the oil change and the car runs like it’s brand new. I wouldn’t recommend buying cars from this place. I’ve seen similar reviews from other customers who had to come out of pocket on repairs days after they bought a car from this place. Another thing that was a red flag was the false advertising. They DO NOT honor the 88 down program and will say the program ended months ago but will advise it on the radio or tv just to attract customers. I think that’s a bad approach if you are in desperate need in sales. The buying process was rushed. We were told to lie to the finance company about the issues with the car. It took them over 2 weeks for everything to process because of the hold up.

  Waterford Mitsubishi dealership is the best place to go to buy vehicle with great service and decent price. All the people I worked with are extremely nice, professional and helpful, especially Mary Jo! I highly recommend them to my friends and family.
