Honestly, this was our first mortgage. It was very confusing and felt a bit like a nightmare. It’s not so much what is being asked for of you, but In the way it’s said to you (rudely) and the inconsistency of the process. One day your being asked for something and the next day it’s not even in question. I did get approved luckily and they got me into the home I wanted, however the lack of organization made this very difficult. I felt at times a bit harassed and accused of sketchy business. I am great full for getting us into our new home with a good rate. But to new home buyers like we were it was a very stressful and confusing process.
