Ben and Jewel did an incredible job managing our refi. It turned out to be more complicated than we had originally thought and they patiently helped navigate the changes. They kept us informed, went to bat for us, answered all of our questions and helped us maximize our financial gain during the process. Ive used waterstone twice now and both times have been great experiences. Huge shoutout to Ryan, Stephanie, and Amber for being professional and extremely responsive throughout the process. The most recent mortgage had some hiccups through no fault of Waterstone and they came up with solutions quick and efficiently. Highly recommend!
