Mary Catherine and Waterstone provided a seamless financing experience for a second home in the St Pete area. Initial consultation was very helpful in selecting the most appropriate mortgage product given fast-changing regulations. Rate selection was also well-managed in a volatile interest rate environment. And finally, the remote closing process was efficient and convenient given we are based in a different state than our second home.
