      My Mom and I opened accounts at this bank several months ago. Michelle could not have been more helpful! Over the first few weeks she assisted with additional documentation we needed and gave helpful suggestions to avoid any "glitches". I have waited to write a review because I wanted to "test" the relationship and it has passed with flying colors. I occasionally use a couple of the other branches and I get the same friendly, courteous and efficient service. Thank you!

      I went there today to withdraw some money in the morning but the younger lady at the counter was unwelcoming and had a rude face jestures. I totally dissatisfied with my visit at watertown savings bank in Waltham today. I will definitely hesitate to visit waltham waltertown savings branch again. If this treatment persist in near future I will definitely close my account.
