      not the best customer service to start with but after over a year of banking they are great- no fees for checks or other things that "big banks" love to charge and fee for- even got a 100 dunkin gift card for signing up a while back. totally worth it as a side bank for a savings account.

      Very unhappy with this bank. I've been a customer for almost 4 years now but I'll be switching over to Bank of America. In the last couple of months their site has crashed several times leaving me unable to log in. When I called and asked how I could get my account balance they said there was no way to check and I'd just have to keep trying back seeing they had no idea when it would be fixed.
