  I love my bank . Every teller is courteous and if there is a problem they really take the time to listen . You don't feel like just a customer . I can't remember her name , but the lady with the short hair at the desk to the left is my favorite and I love the branch manager , too.

  This bank appears to be doing everything they can to make themselves less customer friendly. They closed the Sebring North branch which was very convenient for me. Now they have only one branch in Sebring and that means excessive wait times whether using the drive-through or lobby. To top it off their recent software "upgrade" left me unable to log in, despite carefully following their email instructions for the temporary password. Then I tried telephone support, only to be put on hold forever. I finally optioned in for a callback. The first time it never happened. I called and left a callback once again and waited a long time. So, I thought I would go to the branch, only to find at least 10 people waiting in line to talk to a customer rep. Then, I got a callback just after leaving the branch, since I was driving I asked for a callback 10 minutes later. The woman on the phone said I would have to be put back in line and wait for a long time again. I have other errands to run and I can't wait by the phone all afternoon. From the line at the branch and the extraordinarily heavy call volume, it is obvious they have a big problem. Plus, I was informed that they no longer use deposit slips and did not give me any when I went to the branch. I like to do the math and see exactly what my deposit is, and mark it for cash back many times. Overall, this bank is a train wreck right now.

  This Bank treats you like family, always willing to help in any circumstance. I miss TJ, she was always helpful & willing to help me.Very professional.The other office, drive in are always friendly and very nice.Wauchula is a great Bank.
