I really like this Bank and all the people that work in it. They are very efficient and friendly. My biggest gripe is that at the drive-in window they don't make the far left window for business transactions. Somebody simply depositing a check should use any other lane. I typically have large Bank envelopes filled with deposits for my business. And I sit in line and wait for Joe average when there are other lanes open and available that I simply cannot use. This is an inconvenience to another wise great bank to do business with.

Harris bank stopped doing lake country tax bills so they referred me to Wauconda Community Bank in my home town. When I got there the person behind the counter tells me even with the cash in hand she couldn't send in for my tax bill unless I gave them all my information including a Social security number and or open a account with them. Total B.S!!. I drove across the street to Fifth Third bank in Wauconda where i was greeted without a attitude from the teller and they had NO PROBLEM taking my cash without any more information and payed my Lake county tax installment. I have NO account there either by the way! W.C.B you stink!.

One of the best banks i've dealt with. I have 3 accounts, 1 personal and 2 business accounts. I've been with WCB for over 10 years and never had any real issues. Before I was with larger banks and felt like I was just a number.
