      what a bad service at the Waukesha downtown agency 30 minutes waiting at the bank car

      I would run in the opposite direction if you're a first time homebuyer. Don Madisen was rather condescending. I've been banking with them for 13+ years and had two previous auto loans with them. I expected different customer service and will be leaving the bank.
