      Set up an account in reasonable amount of time. Received ATM card and checks within a week. Online account established immediately. New to WI, so had some real estate paperwork to be done; they did it correctly and timely. Prefer local banks to Big Banks. WSB very up to date technologically; bank tellers and associates knowledgeable and helpful. Why not 5 stars? Because this bank performed to my expectations. I rarely give 5-star reviews.
