My favorite Waukesha State Bank branch located on West Sunset Drive is the best! I have received such AMAZING customer service from Johanne Catlin, she is the Teller Supervisor. She is also known to her co-workers as "Jojo"! I would like EVERYONE to know that she is ALWAYS VERY attentive to my questions and needs. When I visit inside the bank to complete my banking needs, she ALWAYS has a beautiful smile for ALL who enter. I REALLY APPRECIATE her exceptional support and ALWAYS being SO KIND and patient! Thank you, again, Johanne! You REALLY are the Bank of Friendly Service! Keep smiling!

Waiting in the parking lot at 8:15am for drive thru to open at 8:30am and we were told we can't sit it the parking lot and wait 15 minutes to deposit a check. WHAT A JOKE! Worst bank ever!

Terrible customer service. The employees at this branch are completely rude and unhelpful. I have had the worst experiences with my business banking at this branch. If you are looking for a bank, look somewhere else!
