      Mr. Flatt helped me open up an account I made sure he answered all my questions. He was very kind, respectful, and patient. Highly recommend. The bank is overall nice and the staff are very welcoming.

      Used the ATM here Saturday to make a deposit. Kept my money, spit out a receipt that said "sorry technical failure" went into lobby along with 2 other people who had the same thing happen. Was told sorry nothing we can do you except take a copy of the receipt and let "them" know. Was told to go to my bank and have them send a dispute form to try and get my money. I did. They sent the form. It's now been 5 days (3 business days), was told "they" never received the form. I was standing there when the form was sent. One of the people in line who was reporting the same thing said it had happened to him 2 weeks prior as well. And this credit union knew it. And they never fixed it. DO NOT bank here.

      At WWFC the service was awesome. I did not have to wait a long time to be approved for a auto loan. I was not rush or pushed into anything I asked what I needed and with the help of the staff my needs was filled . I walked there branch with a smile on my face and I felt confident in maintaining my SUV I new payment is something I can afford .
