  I switched to this bank from a Credit Union and I am much happier do not have any of the problems I had before at the credit union.

  Don't try to get a personal loan for the purchase of a vehicle here. They will be suspicious regardless of credit score or personal choice to pay a higher interest rate and will demand your title if you want the loan. Even if you are borrowing just a portion of the vehicle purchase amount and supplying most of the money from your own account, which is also with the bank. Talk about suspicious. Brad didn't even want to hear why we wanted a personal loan as opposed to an auto loan. I had to ask multiple times if he cared to hear why we wanted the personal loan over the auto loan, then once I explained we didn't want a lien on the vehicle because we were paying mostly with our own money (crazy right) his reply was, "I'm sorry that's just not how it works, we will need a title to do business with you." Promptly going to withdraw our money from this bank.

  Went to the bank with one min to spare n the girl just shruged her shoulders n walked away. Yall should be a lil leanent with the weather conditions. My bad that i got stuck trying to leave my driveway to come get money out of my sisters account. N there was a car that just left as we were pulling up. Im glad i bank where i get respected.
