  I usually don’t write reviews but I had to share the great service I received from Iram and Carina. They were so patient with my concerns and were fast to respond with all my questions. Iram and Carina were recommended to me by a friend who claimed that they went above and beyond in getting a refinance done. I first contacted them trying to get an idea of what my options were and I was convinced after my first interaction with them that I wanted to do business with them. Iram and Carina took their time explaining my options and the process. I had a lot of questions and they really made me feel comfortable and weren’t pushy at all. Truly professional and knowledgeable and it’s no wonder my friend gave them such high praise. I would recommend Iram and Carina because that kind of service is hard to find now-a-days. After weighing all my options I was able to get a lower interest rate than I had previously searched for on my own. I was able to get a twenty year loan which worked out perfect for me and my mortgage payment dropped I almost didn’t believe it. I am so thankful for Iram and Carina because they really do care about helping people. And I wouldn’t have refinanced so easily and quickly if it weren’t for them.

  Carina and her team from the beginning of our mortgage process to the every end were professional and responsive. Every loose end or hiccup of our process, she was patient enough to walk us through and take care of us. I will definitely keep her and her team close and to refer to in the future for anything in regards to home buying and mortgage needs/changes. Definitely will refer friends and family to this amazing team!
