I stop by to get a temporary debit card . The guy made me spent over an hour just to issue me the card and order a new card for me and my wife . When I try to use temporary card . It did not work. And I never received permanent card and my wife debit card got delivered to an old address that he said he had updated... we spent over a month with no debit card ... my wife stopped again with no success getting it

Waited in the drive thru fifteen minutes today with one car ahead of me. When I looked inside of the bank, I saw they had only one teller assigned to the bank windows and drive thru. They are doing more with less which affects the customer wait time. Hire more people!
