  This bank always calls me by my 1st name and are always courteous. They follow strict financial guidelines and laws. $$$ is always available and drive up is convenient. 40 year customer.

  Sterling/ Webster are the worst possible banks you can have. Online banking is an absolute nightmare. Moving my money to a more dependable bank this week.

  I've gone here a couple of times to get change for my business that is on the same block as them and had no problems. I came in a week later to get change and the women behind the counter denies saying I have to have an account in order to get CHANGE from a BANK. I was able to leave with at least 40 dollars worth of change but, if you are going to exchange currency, do not come here.
