      I love the staff there...always very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be about the ATM's at this location...they are often broken down, under repair or eating my card. And just this morning I went there before they were open and BOTH the inside and the outside ATM's were not working...very frustrating bec now I have to wait until they open at 9am to start my day!

      Started off very professional opened my account made my deposits and now 3¹/² weeks later still no debit card. Called October 1st and waited on hold because of short staff I was told please hold again I hung up. Called today October 2nd they're already closed on a Saturday!

      In line at drive up behind 1 car for 20 minutes today. Should not take that long at the drive up. Was very disappointed in service. Never actually did my banking at all. Will never ever bank at this branch again. Would rather go 20 minutes out of my way then bank at the Barnum Ave branch. Will tell people to avoid this branch!!
