      If you have a business don't bother coming here! It is just a waste of time! They do not know what they are doing! They had maint on their online banking for almost a week, as a trucker I can't go to their locations because they don't have them everywhere. Along with their atms. I called to ask what my balance is and they couldn't tell me because of "privacy issues". I told them I was concerned of going over and getting an "insufficient funds" on record. Sure enough I got a notice. I paid up and then called to ask if they can take that off because it doesn't look good to lenders. They couldn't do it. I would've never gone over if I had access to my account! This is why they don't get more of my business and why I have multiple accounts. If I only had webster I believe I'd be in a horrible position, at a business stand point! Just run!!!

      This is a great bank to start off with but not long term. The staff are all very knowledgeable about the policies as well as the customer care too & take care of you in a timely manner. They have a big lobby inside & a atm too at all hours of the day at your convenience or even outside at the drive through window also.
