      This bank has been nothing but an inconvenience. Every month I have to spend 20 minutes on hold to reset a password that no longer works, they closed a credit card without any prior notice, and also a savings account!!!! Highly recommend an alternative bank

      Not what it used to be. No personality. Get a 37 fee for a $1 overdraft which I have made clear twice that charges should be denied and have been told twice they would be. Heading there now for this exact reason then heading to BCSB Also I'm tired of transactions not placing to my account immediately. A coffee purchase at Dunks should not take 2 days to post. Also where is IT why is there no connection for the most popular apps such as Plaid, GPay and others. I'm done.
