      Worst bank ever! Ive been a customer of this bank under different “incArnations”for over 40 yeArs, first as Fidelity, then as Astoria Federal, then as Astoria, then as Sterling. Service was good to acceptable in a . for over 40 years since it was called Fidelity, then Astoria, then Astoria Federal, then Sterling, now Webster. Service has been usually good in all of them. Except for WEBSTER! This bank is the worst ive ever dealt with. Not only is it difficult to reach them, but more often than not, you get incorrect information.Its even difficult to read the banks customer ratings, which are predominantly negative. This is too bad. Im usually patient, but this bank is beyond the pale. Im closing ALL accounts. I must for my peace of mind. I We ster Webster, do not contact me to “correct” your negatves. Ives tried too many times already. times and failed

      Worst bank ever. Bank mgr never returns calls. Hours are ridiculous in this day and time. No Saturday’s or evenings!!! They all seem to be “out to lunch”
