  I’m continuously treated like I’m doing something wrong at ferndale branch , multiple complaints have been made and nothing happens ,,,they call me by first name and say they like my new truck yet run me thru every hoop possible everytime I try to get my money ,even as far as forcing me to remove my sunglasses while I have a medically diagnosed migraine headache in order to get my money ,,,, low budget very low class financial system that lacks proper training ferndale is very unprofessional and the management needs to be replaced or maybe it’s the root of the mistreatment I receive here , some of these tellers literally jeopardize people’s financial situation by misinforming customers and basically just doing a terrible job , and that isn’t just ferndale it’s in the call center and at multiple

  Hello, we want to let you know that we take your review and experience very seriously. How you feel is not what we want for any of our members. We'll pass this along to the branch management team and see what we can do to improve for the future. As an aside, there has been a sharp increase in instances of fraud causing all financial institutions to take extra precautions to correctly identify members when they visit a branch (hence the sunglass requirement).

  Worst calling system nobody wants to pick up the phone worst experience for getting a car loan

  Hi Vicky, our Contact Center was down for two hours on Monday due to a power outage. A transformer blew up on Sunset Drive in Bellingham which caused many homes and businesses to be without power.
