Welby is the most useless operating system I’ve ever encountered. I’m in tears with my 4th phone call today missing a meeting. How could it possibly take 4 representatives and 5 hours of my time to update my address. Payments aren’t going through because of the people and systems inability to assist with a simple task. I’ve completed the online form on 3 separate occasions starting on 11/29/21. Yet here I am sending a photo of my ID to match. This is the most absurd process. I’m switching banks. I can’t do this. Insane process, long wait times.

Customer service has a terrible problem! I spent two days trying to get my daughters debit card working again and the customer service is terrible. I was told that I needed to be transferred to account verification and got "the number you have called is no longer in service". Not once but TWICE! And then I call customer service but the wait is listed as DAYS! So I elect to leave my number and TWICE they call back only to hang up immediately. I think they are just clearing the queue because they are so backed up with problems. I have been a customer JSFCU customer for decades but this rebrand is making me think I should go elsewhere.
