      The customer service representatives are nice and polite. This is not a negative review against them. The bank’s communication systems are abysmal. I am managing accounts as my father’s representative and I have experienced the following: incomplete or conflicting information, legal documents have been “lost”, and the bank has inconsistently communicated important information like maturation dates of CDs. One time, I went into the Linden Street location to close out a CD - the bank clerk couldn’t find it in the bank’s computerized system. After my insistence, she kept searching and found it. Until the bank resolves these issues, I can’t recommend it with a clear conscience. The people who work there are quite nice, but they are hamstrung by the bank’s systemic issues.
