Their customer service could use a little work. One of the ladies at the front desk doesn’t like to smile or even look at you. I’m much younger and even I can be more polite at a much lower pay.

Wells Bank is a wonderful place to do business. Extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone goes out of their way to help you in any way they can. My wife and I have banked here for 42 years. Wouldn't go anywhere else
