  Terrible service! The manager Monica and Banker Daniel should be fired. No customer service wouldn’t even come out of her office to address incorrect fees that were overcharged to my account. Do not bank or come to this location.

  This is hard for me to do, but after all the pain and hardship I have gone through the last 3+years, I have to talk about it. My sweet, wonderful husband was diagnosed with Alzheimer's 3 years ago. It was a long hard battle trying to keep him calm, and making sure he was ok. About 3 weeks after the diagnosis, he had high paranoia, and got into his car(I was sick to my stomach)! And drove down the hill to the wells Fargo bank. Thank God it's only 4 minutes away! They had a manager there, that I had never met, but he had talked to my husband several times over the last year. My husband came back about 30 mins later, and just told me he had taken some money out. Well about a week later I went to get the mail, and there were 6 pieces of mail from wells Fargo addressed to my husband. I have to say before this, we had a checking and a savings account. I was shocked to see, that this bank manager opened 6 new accounts!! In my husbands name! And to make matters worse my husband of course did not remember doing it!! It was a pure NIGHTMARE getting these accounts cancelled, but what is worst? The way they treated me, his wife. There is still 2 debit cards opened out there because of it. Its a COMPLETE MESS. Taking advantage of an Alzheimer's patient is bottom of the barrel Wells Fargo hires com artists. Listen to me please, they have made it impossible to straighten this out. Thank you for reading my post, very sad situation they put us in, bc they NEVER bothered to check with me.
