      I used to have a checking and savings account here but closed them because every time I came into the bank because I needed something there was some reason why they couldn't help me. I kept my Wells Fargo Propel American Express card though because it is amazing. Long story short, I came into the branch today to get change for $100 bill because many of the places I actually use cash for will not take large denominations. They said they could not help me unless I opened a checking or savings account with them. Hard to believe that a bank can't get change for $100 bill. I would probably give them a worse rating if I knew that it was branch policy instead of corporate. In the future I will avoid this place like the plague.
