  Made an appointment with Banker Veronica to set up new accounts. When I arrived the day of my appointment I was told she was not in due to an emergency. I took time from my busy schedule and wasn’t even given a courtesy call to reschedule or cancel my appointment. No one else was able to help me. Complete waste of time. Do not come to this bank. Horrible customer service.

  If I could give zero stars I would. Such a pain to withdraw a small amount of money. CHASE OR BoA let you withdraw far more of your own money. I asked the manager I think her name was Chu about this and she got all offended. Like come on really? No wonder they are always getting sued. And the manager instead of being informative about it, gets all offended. If they don't like their job that's on them but don't rude to your customers for asking for clarification. Such an embarrassment of a bank branch.
