Worst banking experience ever. Came twice under COVID-19 situation for simple wire transfer business and they declined my transfer request with ambiguous reasons... Never faced similar issues with other competitor banks. The bank employee and manager was also unprofessional and unhelpful to solve customer problems. I was mislead my its perfect google reviews. Better select a different branch or bank if you have time sensitive banking service request. Now thinking about cancelling all my banking relationship with WF, which I had used for over 10 years.
