  The office I work for, banks here, we just started with Wells Fargo 2 months ago and we have hated it from the first day. The people who work there are rude and loudly talk about their customers while others are in the bank! We have change issues such as being shorted change or dimes being in rolls with nickels… they said it was a machine that puts the coins in the rolls but the roll of nickels we received today was closed with tape….

  This place is such a disgrace to Wells Fargo from other areas I have visited. The service is slow no one seems to know what they are doing. The bankers all act as if you are aggravating them whenever you ask them for help. It’s only one guy on the banker side that works. The tellers seem to only have two that is working at all times. This place needs to be worked on immediately. This is really poor service.

  Lazy and ignorant staff, poor customer service. Pulled up to the window 5 minutes before 5pm and all lanes were closed, pulled around and parked to go inside and staff member looked at me and locked the door as I was walking up three minutes before 5pm.
