      I’ve spent a year trying to get my dads account transferred to probate estate. The amount of issues due to the banks near me being closed but requiring in person verification has been a nightmare. I came here for work, took a shot and went in. Shannel handled everything, getting to the bottom of an annoyingly long process. She was very patient with me (a year into it I was pretty mad). As whole well Fargo needs to accommodate for their shortage of staff, but I am relieved and grateful to the staff they have in Texarkana…. They have a good morale and are very helpful.       Don't ever go through the drive through if you need to get anywhere on time. This is the slowest service I have ever seen.

      I wish there was a zero star. This bank needs management help. The tellers think they are in charge of your money and the management does zero training to improve the inadequate level of service. I'm not surprised that only one location is remains open.
