Just moved to area 6 months ago. Most the people writing reviews are probably not checking the busy times on google for the branch. Everytime I go it's not busy and the tellers are friendly and professional. Maybe people should interact with tellers and they would not be missing 100$. INSTEAD OF PLAYING ON PHONES!!!! THIS BANK IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST BANK IN A 30 MILE RADIUS.

Went there at 11:55 on Saturday and they say they dont have bankers to do wire transfer. You are located in los gatos and you dont have bankers to help people on a Saturday. I guess you dont want peoples business
