I just moved to Goochland and visited my local branch. The staff was friendly and very helpful!

Showed up at 4:58 and their locking the doors as I walk up. Lady says "sorry it's 5pm" The drive thru was already closed. How do you expect customers to take care of the banking needs when your only open while their working. Extremely poor customer service.

Customer service is not good. Lines take a long time to get through. Giving my id back they put it on their side of the counter for me to reach over never asked how I wanted the bills back. I guess they figure they are the only bank option since in a semi rural area. Wont waste my time here again. The other branch right outside of Goochland has never had poor customer service like the rep today.
