      I've been trying to open an account with this branch for weeks. My first appointment was blown off and canceled, and we were not even notified ahead of time. This time, I've tried to call six times, but cannot reach anyone to even ask if my appointment will be honored. I have no idea why this branch is so bad compared to other Wells Fargo banks I have been to in the past. The line is incredibly slow, and they simply do not communicate. I will be taking my banking elsewhere, and until they get it together and honor their commitments, I recommend you do the same.

      Why is every Wells Fargo I’ve ever been to open on Saturday yet this one isn’t? The people that work here are very nice but like, really? OPEN on Saturdays. Every other bank does it. I’m not going to turn my check in online when it takes until Tuesday to even get it available.
