      I called bank before hand and as soon i got to the bank regarding my account after driving 2 hours just for them to tell me to make an appointment. I said no just close my account and husna started yelling at me because i told her i didnt want to keep my account with the anymore for the way their are treating people. Service their is the worst i have ever had. Will never bank with them again. Oh and she slid my id to me so hard it fell to the floor and she just giggled.

      I'm a Navy Federal member and even called Wells Fargo's 800 number and explained that I'm not a member but am I able to exchange $20s for larger bills if I use their ATM. Was told by Tony's manager that it would be fine. Go in, get money out of the ATM, once the bank opened went to do the exchange and was told I wouldn't be able to exchange anything over $20 because I'm not a member. I guess I should have known better than to trust Wells Fargo.
