      Love the tellers as they are all so kind and friendly. Service is always great and they have coffee daily and cookies once a week for customers!

      BAD BAD EXPERIENCE AT SAN ANDREAS WELLS FARGO. THE BANKER MICHELLE JUST WOULD NOT HELP ME. I CAME in about 4pm and she said I'm on phone and have appt coming in. They are late but I have to give them 15 minutes. And no I cannot help you while I wait. Ok then 20 min later I'm told her appt called and they're "stuck in traffic". OMG there is no traffic anywhere up here. NONE. THATS A STORY. ok about 20 min later I'm told she can help me. BUT I ONLY HAD abt 15 minutes before I had to leave for the vet. I started the process but she I believe was so purposely slow WE DIDNT GET THE APPLICATION DONE- hardly even started.. ALL THAT TIME FOR NOTHING. THEN I ask for the managers card and was given another bankers card instead. Just rude and talked down to me and didn't care at all. Total waste of time. I left there sick tired and defeated

      I went to make an appointment at the "open branch" in Sonora California and I cant get anyone from the bank to pick up the phone. Is it in the new "heath" policy to not answer the phone or did the company outright pull out of Tuolumne county?
