  Unfortunately there's no place for me to write a 0 for a review. I received a check for a credit card that I closed and the check came from Wells Fargo.. I tried to deposit this check via mobile with my bank. The back of the check would not scan or process or process. With consultation from my bank I went to Wells Fargo to cash a check that was written by them . They then charge me $7.50 to cash their own check that was poorly printed so it couldn't be scanned by my bank. Nothing like still stealing money from people.. There is a very good reason why I left this bank years ago. This bank everything is a fee. If I had a way to get this money back in a legal process I definitely will take action. No wonder they are rated so poorly. Crooks

All for them to tell me I had to go online and do it myself, when one of them already knew the reason why I was here. And didn't even bother to tell me.... and I wasn't the only one that they didn't help, this man was there way before me aswell and at the end they told him he had to make an appointment. All just because they had already closed and didn't want to help!!! Never coming back to this bank!!!!
