I need to express how completely frustrating it is, not to mention a GREAT INCONVENIENCE, to get to a bank to handle some business to find it CLOSED (@ 5 minutes to 12 (when all other branches are about closed on a Saturday), yet it clearly states online (GOOGLE), that your branch is open until 2pm at the drive up teller THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE!! THERE GO MY WEEKEND PLANS! RUINED!! NOT HAPPY!!
