      The staff at this bank is the best. They are very attentive, polite, and efficient. Even though my office is in Avon, I prefer to come to Edwards to do my transactions. Thank you very much to all.

      Forget visiting this or any other Wells Fargo branch in the area. Was told by WF Fraud Prevention to stop by to confirm my identity even though the account was confirmed at this very same branch. After waiting yet again to get ahold of Fraud Prevention, I was informed I did not bring enough documentation to confirm my identity. Apparently, Wells Fargo loves to waste it’s customers’ time by bringing forth such asinine requests just to keep an account from being closed.

      Buyer beware they say you can deposit funds through their mobile banking app however they can go ahead and keep those funds held as long as they want and keep overcharging and overdrafting your account even after you deposit $1,100
