      Worst bank ever.... horrible customer service. Harassed my mother in law when she went through the drive thru to withdraw HER money! Belittled her and just plain out rude. I will never ever open a bank account at Wells Fargo and I don't advise anyone else to either.

      Been a customer for 18 years. Deposited a cashier's check from another bank...a CASHIER'S CHECK, guaranteed funds. They've made the choice to put a hold on the check for over a week. Now I can see if it was a personal check...but a cashier's check? I informed them that after 18 years I would be leaving them once they made funds available. Their response? Thanks for your business, have a good day. Not even an ATTEMPT to keep my business! Oh well, I'm going to a regional bank where my business is valued. Obviously Wells Fargo doesn't care much about mine. This just confirmed my decision.
