      If you do everything via ATM you're good. Have to go in and its no different than picking up the phone and calling in. WF Atchison is the ONLY national bank in Atchison.

      Unfortunately I can't believe the new employee they hired Caitlin Fuller which supposedly works as a assistant manager. She doesn't have any customers skills whatsoever. She lacks professionalism and should not be working here. She belittles customers of different origin and seem to think she could get away with it. Other people complained on her and it's odd how their reviews aren't being applied on here. My husband contacted corporate and he has the case number already involved with this teller. My husband was mistreated by this incompetent Caitlin and she still working there. There should be something done about this. I've always enjoyed my time with this branch until they hired this lady. Now I feel like second thinking of switching to another bank that seems to work more professional then this branch.
